How it works
Meet every 2-4 weeks, which can include Board meetings, to work towards your priority business outcomes.
We'll focus on; recruitment and business challenges; targeted actions to drive solutions, and ensuring accountability for agreed actions.
Typically our meetings will be online.
How it starts
Step 1 – Meet & Match
An initial conversation to determine if I’m the right person to help you achieve your aims and to see if we ‘click’, understand what I do and don’t do … and answer any questions you have. I’ll get an idea about the sort of help and advice you require - normally 30-60 minutes (free).
Step 2 – Discovery
Explore the most pressing challenges you face in your business and the goals you want to achieve PLUS wider business strategy, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Agree on a way forward to address your priorities - 2-4 hours, only chargeable if you proceed to Step 3.
Step 3 – Kick-Off
Identify the most significant goals that can also achieve quick results, collect the appropriate business data, and begin working together to address these. Break down the plans and develop a roadmap to achieve success in each area. Define action points to move you along the path to success in each area.
Build a clear road map to achieve your goals and develop your leadership skills to help you create a business that is less dependent on you, leaving you more time to focus on strategy and growth.
