How it works
Typically, we'll meet every 2-4 weeks, which can include Board meetings if beneficial, to work towards your priority business outcomes.
I focus on; solutions to your recruitment and business challenges; targeted actions to drive those solutions, and ensuring accountability for those actions.
Usually, our meetings will be online.
How it starts
Step 1 – Meet & Match
We’ll have an initial conversation to determine if I’m the right person to help you achieve your aims and to see if we ‘click’. I’ll explain what I do and don’t do … feel free to ask me any questions you have and I’ll get an idea about the sort of help and advice you require. This conversation is normally 30-60 minutes and is of course free.
Step 2 – Discovery
We’ll explore the most pressing challenges you face in your business and the goals you want to achieve. If applicable, we'll discuss the wider business strategy, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We'll also agree on a way forward to address your priorities.
This meeting lasts 2-4 hours and is only chargeable if you proceed to Step 3.
Step 3 – Kick-Off
We’ll identify the most significant goals that can also achieve quick results, collect the appropriate business data, and begin working together to address these. We’ll break down the plans into bite-sized chunks and develop a roadmap to achieve success in each area. The outcome of each meeting will be action points to move you along the path to success in each area.
We’ll build a clear road map that guides you towards achieving your goals and, if appropriate, develop your leadership skills to help you create a business that is less dependent on you, leaving you more time to focus on strategy and growth.
Often this process fires up new energy and passion to discover more opportunities than you ever thought possible.
