๐ Decide on the top 1 or 2 objectives & put the others aside

๐ Get the team to break the project into 3x 30-day periods
๐ The team now set 2-4 Key Results for each 30-day periodย ย
๐ Tell everyone in the business about each project
๐ Create a shared folder so everyone in the company can keep track of the project
๐ Have a quick weekly check-in with each project team and a senior stakeholder
๐ At the end of each 30-day period score each key result out of 3 or similar simple method (like โน๏ธ/๐/๐)
๐ Get the company together to announce the 90 day project results
๐ Remember this is about learning and improving, not blaming or shaming
